For us fitness goes beyond the physical – it has a key role in defining our mental state and influencing our emotional one too. That’s why we designed our gym to be a friendly, welcoming, safe space.
We know that stepping into a gym can be a big deal – and sometimes an intimidating one. So, you won’t be confronted with the overpowering smell of sweat or the sight of muscle-bound people charging about the place. The atmosphere here is a lot more civilised.
You’ll find a genuine sense of community that our clients have built in the gym, it’s not only fitness that’s being found here it’s friendships too.
Sure, there are people here who are super-fit, but a lot of our clients just want to lose a bit of weight, build up a bit of core strength or just keep themselves active in an environment that’s big on support and light on judgment.
As such, you’ll find our coaches are great listeners, they are here to understand what you’re looking to achieve, to design a fitness programme to suit you, and help you to meet your goals. And those goals?
