For us fitness goes beyond the physical – it has a key role in defining our mental state and influencing our emotional one too. That’s why we designed our gym to be a friendly, welcoming, safe space.

We know that stepping into a gym can be a big deal – and sometimes an intimidating one. So, you won’t be confronted with the overpowering smell of sweat or the sight of muscle-bound people charging about the place. The atmosphere here is a lot more civilised.

You’ll find a genuine sense of community that our clients have built in the gym, it’s not only fitness that’s being found here it’s friendships too.

Sure, there are people here who are super-fit, but a lot of our clients just want to lose a bit of weight, build up a bit of core strength or just keep themselves active in an environment that’s big on support and light on judgment.

As such, you’ll find our coaches are great listeners, they are here to understand what you’re looking to achieve, to design a fitness programme to suit you, and help you to meet your goals. And those goals?

We’ll support you every step of the way – but you’re in charge of where you end up, not us. It’s your level of commitment and self-motivation that’ll be the true difference maker.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions available at 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9:15 am, 10:15 am, 12:15 pm, 5pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am and 11 am. You can come to whichever session suit you best each week.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.

+ NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.

+ BECOMING A MEMBER
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
